NAHT Closes LIHTC Preservation Fund

The fund is co-sponsored by the National Affordable Housing Trust (NAHT) and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers. The Cornerstone-NAHT Enhanced Preservation Fund IV will help rehabilitate 13 multifamily properties for lower-income, mostly elderly, renters. The properties are located across the country.
