Pelotonia is a bike ride in Columbus, Ohio with the objective to fund life-saving cancer research. Since its founding in 2008, Pelotonia has raised more than $166 million and has been able to direct 100 percent of every rider-raised dollar to cancer research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute. This year, National Affordable Housing Trust’s CFO, Doug Bates, commenced his 5th ride alongside Team Huntington. Huntington’s team of more than 1,300 riders joined 8,470 total riders who collectively raised $16.1 million for the cause.
