NAHT Announces Christina Tracy as Director of Investor Relations

Columbus, OH. October 4, 2021. National Affordable Housing Trust (NAHT) welcomes Christina Tracy to their Originations & Capital Markets Group.

In her new role as Director of Investor Relations, Ms. Tracy brings her specialization in economic strategy, small business and community development, leadership, and affordable housing investment.

For the last 15 years, Ms. Tracy has gathered experience in the tax credit and community development banking sector with her roles at Huntington National Bank and Key Community Development Corporation (KeyBank). Most recently, Ms. Tracy served as Senior Vice President, LIHTC Investment Manager at Huntington. In this position, as part of a Community Development Lending and Investment group, she helped design and implement a strategic plan which has provided the foundation for a major national expansion.

In 2021, Ms. Tracy started her own business, Juniper Brewing Company, in Bowling Green, Ohio. The experience she has gained from this entrepreneurial endeavor has also influenced her approach to the development and well being of communities.

Ms. Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communication/Marketing from Bowling Green State University, and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University. She currently serves as a member of the City of Bowling Green Historic Preservation Commission and serves on the Local Advisory Board to Toledo LISC (Local Initiatives Support Corporation).
