NAHT is pleased to welcome Nicole Peterson to the team. Nicole joined NAHT in April 2022, bringing with her 20 years of real estate development and affordable housing finance experience to the Underwritings & Closings Team. In her role of Senior Underwriter, she is responsible for underwriting of NAHT’s investments, including due diligence review and financial structuring. Prior to joining NAHT, Nicole was a Senior Project Manager of affordable housing development for BRIDGE Housing, a Vice President of Real Estate Finance at Seattle Northwest Securities, and a Project Manager on mixed-use urban developments at Williams & Dame Development. Nicole holds a BA in International Business from Linfield University, and both an MBA and Master’s of City and Regional Planning from UNC, Chapel Hill. She is based in Portland Oregon.
