NAHT is pleased to welcome Elizabeth Hill to the team. Elizabeth joined the NAHT Originations team as an intern in February 2022 and started full-time as Originations Coordinator in June of 2022. In her role, Elizabeth works with senior members of the Originations department as well as the Capital Markets department. Elizabeth’s responsibilities include initial review of deals to determine financial feasibility, reviewing developer models, building internal investment models, drafting investor presentations as well as assisting with preparing Letters of Intent to place equity into the projects.
Prior to her internship, Elizabeth was a full-time student at The Ohio State University where she graduated with Honors in December of 2021. Elizabeth was raised in Worthington and still lives nearby. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys walking and playing with her two dogs Max and Charlie.
