NAHT is pleased to welcome Julie Ragland to the Team! Julie joined NAHT in December 2023 as the Director of Asset Management.
Julie has 29 years in the housing industry which include property management, real estate, compliance and asset management. Julie oversees all Asset Management activities at NAHT, including Investor Reporting and Asset Management relations.
Prior to joining NAHT, Julie worked as Asset Manager at Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority. Julie is a native Ohioan, originally from Dayton, attended Central State University for her undergraduate studies and earned her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from Ashland University.
Julie will be based in Columbus, OH.
