National Affordable Housing Trust has announced the restructuring of its Capital Markets Team, which will be lead by Christina Tracy. Ms. Tracy joined NAHT in 2021, bringing specialization in economic strategy, small business and community development, leadership, and affordable housing investment. Ms. Tracy has since elevated NAHT’s Capital Markets efforts and Investor relations. Ms. Tracy has also prepared NAHT to launch a Multi-Investor Fund. In her newly expanded role as SVP, Director of Capital Markets, Ms. Tracy will utilize her strong leadership skills to manage the Capital Markets team and support our long-term strategic efforts.

The Capital Markets team includes Sameer Gupta, Senior Financial Analyst, and Elizabeth Hill, Financial Analyst. Mr. Gupta joined NAHT in 2019 and previously worked in the Originations Department where he primarily reviewed deals, drafted letters of intent and supported the senior originations staff as needed. Ms. Hill joined NAHT in March of 2022 as an intern and joined on full time in May of 2022. Ms. Hill previously supported the originations team with analyst support as well as drafting investor presentation sheets for each property.
